Someone you can trust for measured advice, and rely on for efficient execution.  This is our second time working with Matt. We bought our current home through Scarce, and Matt's level of service prompted our subsequent engagement of the agency to manage this investment unit.  For this sale we felt totally in safe hands from his response to our initial request for options, right up to completion.  Mutual profit is a factor that ought to go without saying, but some (not the case here) agents' over-eagerness to make the sale unfortunately underscores the agency-side benefit. Not Matt. He was quick to anticipate questions and provided a lot of useful market intelligence, but in such a calm, almost laid-back, manner that enabled us to consider the situation and advice without feeling rushed. We felt like we were working with a trusted adviser, rather than a sales agent.
